Fork & Twist Pasta Co. was a fun project from my Topics in Graphic Design class where I had to create packaging for a pasta brand from scratch. After tossing around some ideas, I settled on Fork & Twist—a name that perfectly captures the motion we all make when eating pasta.
To make the brand stand out, I looked at big names like Banza and Barilla for inspiration but wanted to create something more niche and upscale. Each pasta type got its own illustrated packaging, paired with a recipe card featuring easy-to-follow instructions for hot and cold dishes. The glass containers not only give it a premium look but are also reusable, making them eco-friendly.
The target audience? Adults 21+ who love cooking and enjoy unique, high-quality products. This packaging takes pasta from a kitchen staple to something you’d proudly display on your shelf or gift to a friend as a housewarming present.
I used Adobe Illustrator to design every detail, ensuring the wraps fit the containers perfectly. I even bought pasta and did my own photography to bring the project to life. This is one of my favorite projects because it felt so real.
