Greetings From Spain: An Interactive Infographic Book and Video
This project, completed as part of my Topics in Graphic Design course, explores the art of storytelling through data visualization and design. I created an infographic book, Greetings From Spain, aimed at kids aged 10 and up, offering a dynamic, educational journey through Spain.
The book’s front cover is designed to resemble a vibrant postcard, seamlessly extending into the back cover to form a cohesive spread. Inside, the pages are filled with colorful infographics and data visualizations tailored to engage a younger audience. The content is presented in a fun and digestible way, combining vibrant illustrations with compelling narratives to make learning about Spain’s culture, population, and agriculture an adventure.
Designed entirely in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign, the book is paired with an animated one-minute video focused on the harvest data section, created using Adobe After Effects. The video brings the book’s content to life, offering an engaging multimedia experience that complements the educational journey.
This project demonstrates my skills in creating cohesive brand visuals across print and digital platforms, combining storytelling, design, and motion graphics to captivate and educate.
